ADAPTERS
The voltage in your room is 220V/50Hz. Adapters are available from Reception. (9)

AIR CONDITIONNED
You can adjust the temperature in your room as required. Simply set the desired temperature using the control panel located just inside the door to your room.

ALLERGIES
If you suffer from food allergies, please let the Reception know so that we can cater for your special needs at breakfast or if you require room service.

BABY COTS
Baby beds are available for children under the age of three, which can be set up before you arrive, if you made this request at time of booking, or ask at Reception (9).

BREAKFAST
To give all its flavor to the intimacy of your stay, the Café Creime offers its breakfasts from 7 am to 03:30 pm every day. The breakfast menu is 24 € or “à la carte”.

CHAMPAGNE
If you would like to enjoy a bottle or a glass of champagne in your room, we offer a selection of fine vintages. Please contact Reception. (9)

CHILDREN
A bed for children under the age of three or highchair are available.

CHECK-IN
The recording is scheduled for 3PM. If you arrive before check-in time and in the event your room is not ready, we can store your luggage in our luggage room.

DAMAGE
Great care has been taken with every detail of your room’s exclusive decoration scheme. Accordingly, if any of these items were damaged accidentally, the hotel would be obliged to any costs incurred to your bill.

DEPARTURE
The check-out time is 03:00PM. If you wish to leave your room later than the midday check out time, please enquire at Reception, who will do their best to meet your requirements, according to room availability.

DOGS & CATS
Dogs (under 15 kilograms) & cats are allowed into the hotel. If you wish to add basket or bowls, please ask our front desk’s team.

DO NOT DISTURB
Please let Reception know if you do not wish to be disturbed, to prevent calls being put through to your room. You can also contact Reception if you would prefer your room to be prepared at your convenience. (9)

ENVIRONMENT
In order to protect the environment, we encourage our guests staying at the hotel for several nights to leave only the towels that the housekeepers need to change on the floor each day. This small initiative helps reduce the planet's water consumption.
We offer the following free of charge on request only: sewing kit, dental kit, vanity set, shower cap, slippers & bathrobes.

FIRE AND SAFETY
On arrival, please read the fire and safety instructions displayed in your room and in the hallways. We would advise you X to locate the nearest emergency exit to your room.

FLOWERS
If you would like to send flowers or simply enjoy the pleasure of receiving your own bouquet, contact Reception (9) to place your order.

HAIRDRYER
The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer for guests’ use.

HEATING
Your room is equipped with a two-way heating system. You can adjust the temperature as required, using the control panel situated just inside the entrance to your room.

HOUSEKEEPER
A chambermaid oversees taking care of your room. You can also request for her to prepare your room for the night (turn down service) in the evening. She will not enter your room, however, if you hang the “Do not disturb” sign on your door. If you would like to specify a particular time for this service, please inform Reception. (9) You can also contact reception for extra items, including:

  • Bath towels
  • Slippers
  • Duvet
  • Pillows
  • Hangers

KEYCARD
If you are sharing a room, please ask Reception to issue a keycard to each occupant. In addition to opening the door to your room, the keycard is also used to switch on the power, when it is inserted into the switch just inside the door as you come into your room. The keycard should be removed from the switch when you leave the room. Please do not insert any objects other than the keycard, so as not to interfere with switch operation.

LAUNDRY / DRY CLEANING
A bag is provided for this purpose, which you will find in your walk-in wardrobe. Leave the bag with the completed slip at the bottom of your bed. Laundry left before 10am will be returned to you the same day after 7pm, except on Sundays and bank holidays. Please ask at Reception if your items require special care or treatment. (9)

LUGGAGE
We can take care of your luggage and retrieve it from when you check out of the hotel. Please contact Reception (9).

MASSAGES
The hotel offers you an exclusive partnership with Paris Premium Massage. A wide choice of treatments is offered on a menu in your room. For reservations or additional information, please contact the reception by dialing (9)

N

NO SMOKING
The entire interior of the hotel is non-smoking. This applies to all rooms and suites, the lobby and all indoor areas. We would ask you to comply with our smoke-free policy for everyone’s comfort and well-being. Guests who fail to adhere to this policy are reminded that smoking will set off both the smoke and fire alarms. Furthermore, if we notice tobacco odours in your room, the hotel will be obliged to hire the services of an outside company to clean and remove the odours from your room, the cost of which will be added to the bill in the sum of a € 200.00 flat fee.

PRINTING DOCUMENTS
If you have any documents that need to print out, simply e-mail the files to the following address bonjour@hotelbeige.paris or simply hand them to Reception for printing. Your printouts will be available for collection at Reception or returned to your room in an envelope, as you wish. (9)

Your room has a safe to protect your valuables. You will find full instructions on the safe door.

TELEPHONE
Dial 9 to call Reception
To make outgoing calls, dial 0, then: - 10-digit number (starting with 0) for mainland France - 00, plus the country code + local dialing code + the number for all international calls. To call another room, simply dial the room number.

TELEVISION
More than forty channels national and international in different languages (from channel number 38) are available free of charge.

WAKE UP CALL
If you require a wake-up call, please contact Reception the day before to request the time you wish to be called at. (9)

WI-FI
There is free Wi-Fi access in every room and throughout the hotel.
All you have to do is connect to the network.
